Join us for mindfulness and meditation at the beach this summer.
Designed for anyone who wants to start their week by practicing some mindfulness, relaxation and stress management skills: mindful breathing, guided imagery, grounding exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, better stress management strategies, and more.
 
WHO: Attendees must be Old Saybrook residents with beach passes.
Appropriate for adults and teens (14+). No Experience Necessary.
DATES: April - August 2024 on the following Mondays
4/29, 5/13, 5/27, 6/10, 6/17, 7/15, 7/22, 8/5, 8/19
TIME: 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
WHERE: Town Beach in Old Saybrook at the picnic tables.
COST: FREE
