Live Auction - Storage Unit - April 8th, 10AM

RULES

• Bidders can only bid on all of the contents of the unit, not just a single item.

• Sale is a “live” auction sale.

• The storage unit door will be opened at the time of the auction for the bidders to view the contents from the doorway.

• Auction begins with a minimum bid and bidders continue to bid for the property aloud, increasing their bids until an amount is reached that no one wants to bid beyond.

• The highest bidder wins the auction and pays the amount they bid and settles immediately.         (no checks)
• Window of time to remove the contents is 48 hours and the unit must be completely emptied and

      broom swept.  A disposal container is available on site for unwanted items.
