On Monday, January 22, 2024, between the hours of 12:00 noon and 8:00 p.m. Said referendum shall take place at the Old Saybrook Senior High School Gymnasium, 1111 Boston Post Road, Old Saybrook, Connecticut. The following shall be considered:
Question: “Shall the town fund an appropriation, based on the recommendation of the Board of Finance and Board of Selectmen, in the amount of $98,790 from the capital non-recurring fund to conduct an organizational review with a focus on recruitment and retention for the Old Saybrook Department of Police Services by the Police Executive Research Forum as outlined in their proposal dated September 28, 2023?” YES
