VI. BUSINESS BEFORE THE BOARD
           A.   Public Works Encroachment Permit release:   22 Denmore Lane.
           B.   Discussion and possible action to recommend to the Board of Finance for its
                  consideration an appropriation for $99,000 to replace sidewalks at specific locations in
                  Old Saybrook.
           C.  Discussion and possible action to recommend to the Board of Finance an appropriation
                 for the Ingham Hill Road  turn-around.
           D.  Discussion and possible action to recommend to the Board of Finance an appropriation
                  for the Ingham Hill Road parking area.
           E.   Discussion and possible action to recommend to the Board of Finance an appropriation of  $25,000 for the purpose of hiring
                  GZA, an environmental firm, to prepare an update to the Town of Old Saybrook’s Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan.
            F.  Appointments
                  1.   Economic Development Commission – Re-appointment regular member John
                        DeCristoforo.  This is a five year term due to expire 6/2023.
                  2.   Economic Development Commission – Re-appointment regular member David Cole.
                         This is a five year term due to expire 6/2023.
                  3.  Estuary Transit District – Resignation vacancy.  This is for the unexpired portion of a
                       four year term due to expire 11/2020.
                  4.  Shellfish Commission – Re-appointment regular member Larry Bonin.  This is a two
                       year term due to expire 6/2020.
                  5.  Shellfish Commission – Re-appointment regular member Earl Endrich.  This is a two
                       year term due to expire 6/2020.
                  6.  Shellfish Commission – Re-appointment regular member David Colvin Jr.  This is a two
                        year term due to expire 6/2020.
                  7.  Zoning Commission.  Alternate member resignation vacancy.  This is for the
                        unexpired portion of a two year term due to expire 11/2019.
                  8.  Pension Board. Resignation vacancy.  This is for the unexpired portion of a five year
                       term due to expire 01/2021.
