To make it easier for residents to compost at home and capture rain water, the Lower Connecticut River Valley Council of Governments (RiverCOG) is offering Earth Machine compost bins and rain barrels at a very reasonable cost. This sale is open to area residents. Orders must be placed by March 23rd. All orders must be picked up on Saturday, March 30th.
